Burgers at the Velvet Udder – Signed Art Print by RD Riccoboni

Burgers at the Velvet Udder

I write gay science fiction too. Burgers at the Velvet Udder is one of my illustrations from my graphic novel, Knights of the Vermillion Rose.

Space Fleet Generals Pleidius and Rolfi have traveled across the Andromeda Galaxy for burgers at the Velvet Udder on Planet Dude. Then a new assignment arrives.

But first, dinner. Saving the universe on an empty stomach sounds like a management problem.

I’ll leave their orders and what follows in the book. Here, I give my intergalactic husbands a moment to enjoy their meal.

My first show was in a Los Angeles coffee shop. Where there's a wall, there's a way. A movie star bought a painting and told me, “You can paint.” Today my art hangs in museums and homes around the world. From that coffee-shop wall to a burger stop on Planet Dude, Art and creativity is always finding places for my stories.
