Solstice – Beefcake Flower Bear Portrait | Signed Art Print by RD Riccoboni

Solstice

In Solstice, I bring portrait and nature together in my Flower Bear series, celebrating the turning of the season. My Flower Bears explore masculine and feminine iconography together, with flowers woven through male portraits.

In high school, a teacher told me, “You can paint.” Others warned I'd starve. Today my paintings hang in museums and homes around the world, and my art still raises funds for my community. Turns out I can paint, and help make the world a little brighter.

Signed Paper Prints

I offer four paper-print options, made with archival inks on acid-free paper:

• 8 × 10 inch un-matted print, signed on the back
• Special option: 8 × 10 inch print in a signed white mat, fitting an 11 × 14 inch frame
• 11 × 14 inch signed print, un-matted
• 16 × 20 inch signed print, un-matted

I hand-sign each print and ship from my studio in historic Balboa Park, San Diego. Paper prints ship within five business days.
