The couple Pleidius and Rolfi, Space Fleet Generals of The Vermillion Rose, had just traveled across the Andromeda Galaxy to try the so called magnificent burgers at The Velvet Udder on Planet Dude when they received their assignment from the Flair. Shedding their warrior garb along with 11 other warrior same sex couples, who mate for life, were to return back to Zedra 19, the place the locals called it Earth. The sentient artificial intelligence that inhabited the planet for hundreds of thousands of earth years, known as the Humanity, not fully developed they had once again grown to the point where they could hurt themselves by creating an artificial intelligence that could destroy themselves as well the special planet thus throwing the galactic collective into chaos for other interdimensional beings who visited there for its growth, recreational and healing abilities that were unseen by the Humanity.

They would transport through a mirror Portal in a consignment store in North Park then meet the other intergalactic warriors at the Vermillion Room at Flamingo Ridge a Boutique resort down the the street in San Diego, California.  They were to be officiates at the Wedding of Fellow Cosmic Warriors Germaine and Merlin now known as Mervin followed by a private reception at Mountebank where they would meet up with fellow cosmic Warriors of the Vermillion Rose.

A challenging assignment as the Contrastadors had arrived 26,000 Earth years before the warriors and had been causing turmoil for humanity, now their leader was sending a signal that the Transducers were being eaten, and this was not pleasing to The Flair. Since the Great Forgetfulness Solar Wave the Contrastadors going a bit to far in their game playing of blending in with the Humans. Now some of the Humanity was awakening to the reality they weren't alone in the universe, so they would most likely be noticed by the sensitives benevolent and not.  They would have to lie low somewhat, and work behind the scenes observing. A slightly larger Being in stature they looked like the humans, with a certain glow about them, capable of creating things humans could not, they could be perceived as gods or magicians, virtually indestructible the time advantage was on their side, yet it was not for the Humanoids.

"Well I'm going to enjoy my meal before we galivant across two galaxies to go save some earthling and kick some Contrastador Ass" said Rolfi to his husband. 

"There's more" Said Pleidius, "We're going to be some sort of shopkeepers."
