Date Night at the Love Shack – Signed Art Print by RD Riccoboni

Date Night at the Love Shack

I write gay science fiction too. Date Night at the Love Shack is one of my illustrations from Knights of the Vermillion Rose. Jakaar and Bryalle are warriors, lovers, and jokesters. What could two intergalactic jokesters get up to on a date night on Earth?

For this moment in their story, I bring them to the Love Shack, an Earth diner on University Avenue in San Diego. A casual night out. Both wearing top hats, of course.

“They have this thing called chocolate cake that Merlin says we’ve gotta try.”

Even intergalactic warriors deserve a date night. I’ll leave the rest of their adventures in the book.
